Ingredients:
1 big egg
2/TBS of heavy cream
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Procedure:
1) Evenly cover the bottom and sides of a microwave-safe dish with olive oil.
2) Include the heavy cream and egg. Mix thoroughly after beating.
3) Combine baking powder and coconut flour.
4) Use a rubber spatula to properly spread the batter into the dish.
5) Heat for 1-2 minutes in the microwave, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
